Pop them in boiling water for about 5 minutes to soften up if they aren’t already soft. You are able to use them on pizza, sandwiches, make sundried tomato aioli (LoL I Love You, Man), or use as a flavourful topping for salads. Then you are able to soak in hot water to rehydrate, and then drain and chop.
I personally use them in a pasta dish with bowtie pasta, pesto, chicken, artichoke hears and kalamata olives. Delish!. Or you are able to chop it finely with onions & a small number of tomato soup & enhance my remaining lamb hash. This is a popular Jamaican food recipe. Top with mashed potatoes & some grated cheese & bake till cheese has melted & browned lightly.
