The Sweet Revitalizing Orange Juice Smoothie

One of the most refreshing drinks is the smoothie. It’s basically blended and chilled vegetable or fruit extracts combined with crushed ice, syrup and honey or a bit of milk, whichever you prefer.
You can choose from a lot of different flavors of fruits. My own personal favorite is the frozen orange juice smoothie. It is also one of the easiest smoothies to make. You just need a pair of oranges, 1 cup of low calorie milk, a cup of water, 2tbsp of sugar or honey, and ten ice cubes. Put it in a blender and in just a few moments you already have a delightfully revitalizing drink.
If you are trying to stay away from the sinful desserts like those fattening sweets and cakes then go for a mixed smoothie. Combine orange juice with bananas, strawberries and mangoes. You can even add a little rum or vodka to make it a bit exciting. The possibilities are endless in using smoothies if you are creative enough. Enjoy!
