Special Vegas Treat

When I was in Las Vegas, I was walking down the strip going to the wax museum when I passed a Gluten Free Ice Cream shop. I decided to try it out seeing as how I am all about new things. The set up was a lot like my favorite ice cream shop back home, Cold Stone Creamery. I got to choose what kind of ice cream I wanted, what I wanted added into it and what kind of a container I wanted it in. I decided to go for something really off the wall and created a blueberry cherry ice cream with rainbow sprinkles in a waffle cone- it was delicious!
