Side dishes add taste to your main dish

If you are having a deep fried dish, such as fried chicken or fish, you can also serve some side dishes such as boiled vegetables, salad, onion rings or french fries. They can add flavour and texture to the main dish.
You can also consider using potato wedges or even deep-fry your veggies. Some people use garlic mushrooms as well. They can be really delicious and healthy. If possible, refrain from deep-frying your side dishes. They are supposed to complement your main dish with vitamins and minerals and deep-frying can destroy most of these vitamins.
