There are a great number of Indian restaurants in Glasgow. Indian food is well renowned for its multiple curies and chutneys that are delicious. It can take several gazes upon the menu to decide what delicious food to order to thoroughly appreciate the flavours on offer. An Indian menu consists of three courses only, the starter, the main and the desert. An Indian meal can consist of appetisers like vegetable samosa, onion baji, main courses like pulay, biryani , breads like naan side dishes like tarka dal, mutton korma or chicken tikka masala. Finally desserts like gulab jamun or rasagolla.
Indian food is famous for its spiciness, but there is a wide choice of dishes available varying in intensity. India has many cultures and traditions each with its own special dish. The use of herbs and spices are varied in the dishes available in an Indian restaurant. There are restaurants that have a buffet available where you can try various dishes. And you get all you can eat for a set price.
