More Wedding Receptions Include Chocolate Fountains and Desert Bars

My cousin was reading through a bridal magazine to get some ideas on what she could do for her wedding and reception. She wants it to be unique and something that her guests will talk about for years to come. She found an article that discussed the benefits of offering chocolate fountains and destert bars. I guess the latest trend is to offer a large variety of sweets to the guests and not just wedding cake with a few additional items. The article had pictures of a few different set-ups which looked fantastic. My cousin plans to check with her caterer about the cost of such a set-up for her wedding reception.
