Learn To Make Quick Jamaican Drinks Recipes
June 9th, 2010
A Jamaican kitchen cupboard should contain a supply of fruit juices— canned or bottled—vegetable juices, concentrated drinks such as lemon and pineapple or orange and cherry, lime juices, some of the concentrated squashes, and more.
For quick mixing it is also well to have a bottle of sugar water on hand to make Jamaican drinks for your guests. You make this item by simply boiling equal amounts of sugar and water together and putting the syrup in bottles to have handy for sweetening lemonade, limeade, grapefruit juice, and such fruits.
Oranges are delicious without any sweetening, and children should be encouraged to drink orange juice plain.
