Indian food is not mentionable without the curry which follows no definite system of preparation, but each eaterie has its own system of preparing this favored dish. Sometimes , this is a mixture of different veggies and herbs fried together in oil while adding the spices. They are drenched in yoghurt before cooking and they can be served with birds, lamb along with being taken with starchy foods like rice. As the cultures of the Earth are inter-mingling, so are their practices. Food habits have not stayed outside the extent of this fusion.
