With this simple Cod Garam Masala recipe, you can eventually make your own fish garam masala anytime which you want.
What you will need for this recipe are: cod fillets, plain yogurt, garlic paste, salt, garam masala powder, carom seeds, red pepper flakes, and coriander powder.
When you wish to make it more spicy, you may also add red chili powder.
Combine the yogurt with all of the dry ingredients plus the garlic paste.
This can serve as your batter.
Coat the fish and then deep fry.
This dish requires about twenty minutes to prepare and cook.
