Government Center Receives Commercial Floor Cleaning Services Twice a Year

It was almost winter so the office manager suggested that I contact the commercial floor cleaning company to come and scrub the floors. Twice a year we have a professional company clean all of the floors in the government building. Our area will contact the company and have our section done first, then I pass on the information to the accounting department down the hall and they will have them come do their floors next. It is quite a process but from my understanding each department must request the service separately because of the billing process. It sounds silly, but I guess this is the way it must be.
