Let’s face it drinking beer is probably one of the hardest vices to control. A night out with your friends will not be complete without having a round of beer to loosen up and have a break from the stress of everyday life. Most of the time we tend to indulge a little too much from this relaxing drink that we neglect the consequences attached to it, that big beer belly just hanging around your body! You have to understand that drinking beer is not the only thing that makes us grow that beer belly. Beer is often accompanied by food and snacks altogether.
