Easy Tips To Decorate Diabetic Birthday Cake With Marker

June 4th, 2010

Here are some easy tips to use a cake marker if you are decorating a diabetic birthday cake. First, find the centre of the cake. Place the cake top in the centre and move about until the wedge ends are at equal distances from the cake edge.

To mark concentric circles insert pin or pencil in a hole of the wedge and swivel it round the centre until the circle is completed. To make wedge- shaped sections use one part of the marker or the two wedges hinged together and mark close to the sides of the wedge.

Most patterns combine both methods of marking and when the important points have been marked the rest of the design can be pricked in with a pin or very fine skewer.
