Dilute Cleaning Products According to Instructions

There are parts of my hotel manager job that I do not like. Today I had to fire the head housekeeper at the hotel. I had noticed that many of the rooms were not being cleaned well. I knew that the staff was doing there job but the products were not cutting through the dirt and grime. I assumed that it was an issue with the products until I found out that my head housekeeper was diluting the cleaning products so they would last longer. I was able to verify this once I contacted the commercial cleaning services that provides us with the products. She said that she was trying to reduce the budget so she would receive a bigger bonus at the end of the year.
