Daughter Learn about Sanitation Issues Before Starting Job in Local Deli

My daughter just received a job at the local grocery store. She will be working after school three nights a week. She will be working in the deli area cutting up meats and cheeses for the deli trays and for customers who request special meat orders. She said that she does not actually start working right away. She must complete training that is provided by the commercial cleaning services that the store uses. She must learn how to clean up the meat juices and sanitize the counter tops so there is no cross contamination. She is excited about her new job.
