Birthday Gift

My husband and I aren’t doing well financially. I lost my job a few months ago, and his hours at work were recently cut. My Mom’s birthday is coming up soon, and I don’t know what to get her. She told me that I don’t have to buy her anything, but I know I can’t do that. I told my husband my problem, and he said that I could make waffles for her. I thought that was a great idea. I found a homemade waffle recipe online, and I bought the ingredients it needed. I would make sure my Mom had perfect waffles on her birthday.
