Cleaning Service Arrives On Time

My sister had asked me to close up her store on Friday afternoon. She usually closes at 5:00 so it was easy for me to say yes to her request. I had served the last customer and locked the door behind him. A few minutes later a gentleman was knocking on the door. I kept telling him that we were closed for the day and to come back on Monday morning. He was persistent and did not leave until I went to the door. I was so embarrassed. It was the man from the commercial cleaning company who was there to scrub the store’s bathrooms. Thankfully, he was understanding and friendly, and accepted my apologies.

Restaurant Owner Hires a Commercial Cleaning Service

After my father passed away, my mother wanted to continue to run the restaurant alone. I suggested that she sell the place or get a full time partner, but she is stubborn and told me no. She did mention that she could use a little help in the non-kitchen areas. When I asked her what she meant, she said that she was willing to the commercial cleaning services from down the street to come and clean the kitchen area and bathrooms once a week. She said that she could keep up with the main cleaning but did not have time to do the once a week thorough scrubbing that they needed.
