It’s in the crust

What comes to your mind when you think of the best pizza. Is it the crust? Is it the toppings? For me it’s the crust, a flavorful chewy crust is to me what makes a delicious pizza. I’ve tried many different kinds of pizza and no matter how amazing that topping is if you have a fluffy squishy greasy crust it is a waste, no thank you! I prefer the  brick oven fired crust with garlic and olive oil. I could eat it by itself..no topping required just some sauce for dipping and maybe some parmesan cheese! I loved being in the kitchen with her and I was floored. I used to think that it took her several hours to make this desert, but it does not. We enjoyed our desert and talking about the world.
