I was at the natural food store the other day and I found the yummiest vegan protein shakes. I bought a bunch of them, even though they were a bit expensive. I have given them to my kids and they love them too. It feels good to eat something that tastes great that is also amazingly healthy. My husband has been taking them to work, but I think he is eating a fast food cheeseburger when he drinks the shake. I don’t think he gets the point of the protein shakes. He better watch out of his going to get a little chunky.

I joined My Harvest America a couple of days ago and just placed a small order for items that we use on a regular basis.
