Is Candy Difficult to Make?
I really hate all the junk that is in the candies that you buy in the store. I don’t even think they taste as good as the candy I used to get from my grandma when I was growing up. She used to make it herself. I am wondering how difficult this is to do. Can anyone tell me where I can find some good instructions? I would love to find some healthier versions of candies that I like that aren’t full of preservatives and things like high fructose corn syrup and partially hydrogenated oils. I know candy isn’t healthy, but I don’t want it to be any worse than it needs to be.
