My daughter loves pancakes but does not like very much else. So I thought maybe if I searched online for different pancake recipes I may find a solution. I found some recipes that I could use to add variety to the pancakes. This would give her a variety of foods in her diet. Pancakes are great but she needs her fruits and veggies too. So I found out I could add bananas, strawberries, zucchini , and alot of other ingredients to the pancakes. You can cook them in the batter or add them as toppings. There are alot of different ways to prepare pancakes.

With summer coming around soon, I realized that I need to start eating a lot healthier so that I can have a better body to show when I go out to swim. It’s really hard to get into shape by eating healthier because all the best tasting foods are the worst for you. Salty and fatty foods especially are great tasting but so unhealthy.
Therefore, I decided to buy a wheat grass juicer this spring. It will help me eat healthier, and hopefully with a bit of will power, I’ll be able to eat less as well. I’m already working out a lot, but I need to eat less to cut out the calories.
