Since I went from being vegetarian to completely vegan last year, I have had trouble finding restaurants to eat it. It is especially difficult when my husband an I are traveling, because I am never completely sure there there will be acceptable vegan options when we go out. When we were planning a trip to the East Coast, I made sure to do all my research on vegan restaurants Boston beforehand.
